For Bookup, an application for online reservations, we designed the complete user experience around clarity, speed and intuitive navigation. We organised the different functions into logical flows, allowing users to discover venues and events, explore available options, complete reservations and manage their activity without unnecessary steps.
The UX process focused on anticipating what users need at every stage and reducing friction between discovery and booking. The result is an accessible digital journey that turns a potentially complicated reservation process into a simple and enjoyable experience.
